My truck was fine just buffing they are some marks where there was bad spots. And the wait took forever took almost four months to get my truck and I would call and every time instead of giving me an exact date they would always say “should be ready in two weeks”

I'm only giving a 3 because the actual cosmetic portion was great or it would have been a 1, it was the customer service aspect that was poor. not likely I would recommend to anyone.

I have no idea what was repaired. It doesn’t look any different. But somehow we spent $5500 do get the same vehicle back. You claimed insurance only approved the “Right” side of the vehicle. The problem is that there was zero damage on the right side to begin with. It was only on the left side. So no. Not satisfied. And we’re working to pull payment.
