Based on the quality of the work I would recommend a friend/family member, I am a little concerned that there has been no return call to address the issues I am still having.

Cosmetically the work was excellent; issue is the oversized tires are actually rubbing on the fender flares on the front driver side. The tires rubbed on the liners only in the past, that is what I anticipated after the repairs as well. Instead, the driver side tire now strikes the front fender flare itself, as well as the liner, causing concerns with the tire and trim.

Everyone was always friendly, helpful, and respectful. They were honest about the expected time frame and did not make promises they couldn't keep. It was very helpful having them working directly with the insurance adjusters. They were all great to work with!
