There was one part that wasn’t manufactured anymore so it didn’t get replaced. The damage to it was minimal so we were ok — the rest of repair was great! The part they could not get was no fault of theirs, so they can’t be blamed.

Everyone I came in contact with at Caliber Collision was amazing! I used another body shop in the area last year for a repair and Caliber was 1,000 times better. They exceeded all expectations. Wendy was my service advisor and I couldn’t help but hug her when my vehicle was ready for pickup!. She was in constant communication with updates about every step in the process and really made me feel like she cared. You can tell she genuinely cares for her customers and follows through on what she says she’ll do. I’d recommend Caliber to everyone I know. Thank you for making a not so fun situation extremely easy! I am very grateful for your customer service and professionalism.

The ease of the insurance process was a plus. If someone is not working with insurance, I’ve used a local shop that was able to complete bodywork in 3 days.

Too many phone calls to get us in the door, then surprised by 2-3 weeks to complete the repair. That should have been mentioned when we were having the car looked at during the estimate process.
