I feel like I need to let you know a few things about Caliber Collision. First of all, I love Caliber Collision and I am in complete shock that things turned out the way they did but here we are. 1. They did not repair the right passenger mirror...there are scratch marks and therefore only replaced the "Clear bra" without repairing the scratches. 2. They did not repair the scuff marks on the lower right rear quarter panel. 3. The lower front passenger panel was not attached properly and I have my doubts about the rear passenger lower trim/passenger panel....it looks TERRIBLE. 4. The agent who checked me in dismissed the door dings that I am certain were caused by this and therefore were not repaired as well.
