This was the first time I have to go through a claim like this to take my car in . So I was nervous and was not sure what to expect since so many people said high turn around times like 5+ weeks , with horrible communication. So I chose this caliber because the reviews were better. But they definitely exceeded my expectations. My car had a lot of damage to it . Suspension , control arm , all of it they had my car fixed in 3 weeks it would’ve been sooner but as they were checking things they found more stuff that needed to be fixed. I was okay with that information they definitely did not rush it and took thier time with it to make sure it was safe for me to drive . I am so happy and the car feels amazing , Chad and Amanda were great
