I want to thank the receptionist (I believe her name is Rebecca), she was very professional, knowledgeable about all steps involved in the process, communicated it all to me patiently, and kept me informed along the way. Also, Jacob met me at all scheduled times on time and also was very experienced and knowledgable about damage and repair ability. He and the team also kept me very well apprised at all times of status, and my car was delivered on time, looked beautiful, and was clean both inside and out. Thanks also to the techs (who I did not get to meet) but they did an outstanding job making my car look brand new. Thanks to everyone!
