The repairs were quick! I also loved the updates along the way. Paul was great to work with and was transparent the whole time! It was such an easy process and I felt included the whole time. They took very good care of my vehicle. And when I picked it up with looked AMAZING! And the car was washed!!!

Caliber Collision provided a written estimate of $1,590.59, but charged $1,933.62, an increase of $343.03. We were not contacted or asked to authorize the additional charges before the work was performed. We first learned of the increase when picking up the vehicle. I am requesting review for a possible violation of the Colorado Motor Vehicle Repair Act.
