Great daily communication on updates from Adam. The original quote for my cost never changed. The repairs took longer than the original completion date, due to delays in securing parts. Not a problem. The very latest date I needed the vehicle was met. I particularly appreciated meeting the gentleman in charge of the repairs to my vehicle. I was very impressed with the garage facilities.

When I showed up to pickup my truck, the attendant didn't offer to walk the car. I had to ask. Thankfully I did because one window was missing the trim. I pointed it out and it was a "oh yeah, that piece didn't come in yet". Equally, additional trim pieces are loose, and/or damaged. The car was dirty outside and in. They did offer to clean the outside, but I was in a rush and they claimed it was complete prior to me heading over there. I assumed that meant ready for pickup. What's even more frustrating is the paint job needs addressed. When I got home, I had a chance to walk my truck in better lighting and noticed a paint swoosh and lines that arent cohesive with tbe rest of the job. I now have to bring it back in and have all of these things addressed.
