Apparently my tonneau cover was taken off that I can’t figure out the purpose for this particular damage at any rate. It was completely installed incorrectly. I fixed it myself.

So far, completely satisfied. It’s just the first day but I don’t expect any problems. :) Chad was fantastic and communicated with me every step of the way.
