Brian, Ken and front office were all professional and personable. Only question was why it took a month to get the needed part(s) which was only disclosed when I called to inquire. Otherwise, our 2nd or 3rd experience with Wreck effects have all been good and we appreciate their recommendations and for not charging my $9+ for some "unexpected" parts. Will continue to suggest them as a referral when asked.

Quality of the repair was excellent. The communication with the insurance company and me was not. I feel like I had to be the liaison between the insurance company and the body shop. My new washer fluid reservoir was not filled with washer fluid on delivery either. I know the body shop was frustrated with communication with Allstate, but they also could’ve communicated better with me. I am probably going to switch insurance, but I would still bring any future repairs to Wreck Effects, because the quality.

I am truly amazed at how great "Lydia" (our 2018 Toyota Highlander Platinum Plus) looks, runs and handles. Matching colors is an art form in itself so, Wreck Effects Auto Body is Tops in their craft. 5 Stars isn't enough to rate them -they own this business space and others try to copy them. Well done indeed!

Appreciated the time taken with us, when we came in for an estimate and then upon pickup after repairs were done. Kenneth and Paul took their time with us and did not rush us in person or on the phone., We felt we were given honest pricing. Highly recommend Wreck Effects.
