They did a great job on my vehicle. It looks beautiful.... possibly better than it was before the hail storm! I would go back to this shop. They even detailed the inside before I picked it up. Wow!

Repair was great, everything was taken care of. Super easy to work with, repairs were done quick and perfectly. Over all the experience was outstanding for the repairs. The only advice I would say to your technicians is don’t impact the tires lug nuts to 400+ lbs of torque, look at the recommendation, this car was my daughters and if she would have had a flat she wouldn’t have been able to change her tire the way those front tires were torqued down.

I dropped my car off on 2/18 after being told the repair would take 2–3 weeks. Another body shop had estimated one week, but since 412 Collision came recommended, I decided to trust them. Brian at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful — actually the only person who acknowledged that I existed as a customer. The owner was visibly there every time I stopped in but somehow never managed to say hello, answer a question, or even make eye contact. Instead, Brian had to go ask him questions about my vehicle and come back to relay the answers. Since I never received a call or text with an update, I stopped by on 2/25. I was told my car was “in the back being dismantled” and that parts would be ordered the next day (2/27). Funny thing is, I later saw my car sitting exactly where it had been the whole time — not dismantled, not being worked on, just parked in the back. At that point it was clear that my car — and my business — simply wasn’t a priority. Now 13 business days later, the experience makes you wonder if women should start bringing a male chaperone to body shops just to get basic communication and honesty. The one positive thing I can say is that Brian was professional and helpful. If the rest of the shop shared that same level of customer service, this review probably wouldn’t exist.
