From the first call to the day I picked my car up(which was sooner that first stated) it was completely perfect and professional

The office staff were so professional and caring and efficient. They were knowledgeable about the status of my car the two times I called.

Staff were friendly, but no progress seemed to be made when I called for updates. (I didn't receive the biweekly updates I was told I'd receive from the shop.) My car's inspection was scheduled for the day of dropoff, but it wasn't actually inspected until a week later. I had called a few times during that time to check, and was told repeatedly that the shop was busy. The day my husband called, the car was inspected that afternoon. Throughout the repair process, it seemed as though progress was only made when my husband checked in on the vehicle.

Everything looks great. Looks like the vehicle is brand new, and I was kept informed weekly on the progress.

They kept me very informed on the progress of the repair and even delivered it back to my home when the job was completed
