Caliber - Mishawaka
4110 Fir Road, Mishawaka(574) 217-72044110 Fir Road, Mishawaka, IN 46545"I pulled up to my car, and I swear it looked so new and clean that I had to question whether it was even mine! There should never be a question about where you should take your vehicle for repairs. The only question you should be asking is, “When can I drop my car off?” Anthony was AMAZING!!! He texted me almost daily, keeping me updated on the progress and making sure I knew exactly what was going on. That kind of communication and customer service is hard to come by these days! The quality of the work speaks for itself. My vehicle looked like it had never been in an accident, and honestly, it looked better than it did before! Now, don't get me wrong, I NEVER want to be in another accident. But if life decides otherwise, at least I know I won't have to worry about where to take my vehicle or how it's going to turn out. Caliber Collision, you have earned a customer for life! Anthony"

Very communicative and to the point on everything, and overall he was the friendliest face there. He made sure that I knew exactly what was going on, what the options were, and went out of his way to adjust the estimate to remove a repair I felt was unneeded. Very spectacular service."
