She was so kind and so helpful and even helped me with contacting Enterprise to pick me up to get a rental. It was above and beyond what I expected. Every interaction with anyone was great. I immediately trusted these people and this company to fix my car and I didnt give it a second thought to leaving it. I’ve had a previous experience with a different car and company and it was an absolute nightmare from the moment my car was damaged. Please know that the kindness, reliability, communication, and literally every thing made a huge difference to me.
