I was told I would get at least 2 texts each week while my car was in shop and I only got one out of the almost 60 days my car was there.

Considering my experience and the way the shop’s insurance handled this case, along with the fact that I received no compensation for the time I lost or the diminished value of my vehicle, it is very unlikely that I would recommend this shop to friends or family.

All repairs were great, but there were a couple set backs requiring multiple reorders of parts. This caused the length of service to extend past 30 days, which put me past my insurance covered rental car agreement and caused me to pay several days out of pocket.

Communication was not good with adjuster, what we sent the Jeep there for was deemed “not covered from accident” without actually digging into the issue because they did not have the equipment to properly look into the engine other than with the “naked eye” as Dylan told us.

My completion date was changed constantly. I informed the staff that I was paying for a rental out of pocket and asked for a loaner vechile.since the process was taking longer than they expected. Was declined. When I would.call for updates the lady I spoke with on the phone was clearly annoyed and rude to me.

I was told this would be a 3 day fix and they had my vehicle for around 37 days or so. My insurance rental ran out and I was out a vehicle for two days until ray skillman finally got me another one due to it taking too long. Communication was horrible. I had to continuously call to get updates and figure out what was going on.
