"Kim in the Body Shop office was super helpful and expedient, she ordered the correct part and it arrived ahead of her estimate, so she was able to get my repair onto the shop repair schedule very quickly. I appreciated her attention to detail & excellent communication so much, it made the process painless. The technician who did the repair had my vehicle in & out in a half day, again, ahead of estimated time. I could not describe a more efficient coordination of all the efforts by the body shop crew. I’m very thankful to Taylor Ford."

"My truck looks great. The only thing I would recommend to you is that your service/bodyshop department would keep in touch with customers with updates on repair. Getting a hold of someone at your dealership is awful. I called and left messages your service department called me back a WEEK later to set up service. I had to physically go up there to get my truck on list for repairs due to accident damage and my triple A claim agent's had to call several times for information and emailed the agent who inspects vehicles that works for triple A that,s at ur shop .."
