    "Yes and no. It was going to hit the 2 week mark and I still had not heard from anyone. (Drop off was 20th) I had to call (call for an update was on the 1st) about an update on my vehicle. Then I was told someone needed to discuss somethings with me and that they would call me back. However after I received the call back moving forward I was kept up to date with everything going on. It worked out and I was pleased with the outcome."
