Gerber Collision & Glass - Traverse City
797 S Airport Rd W, Traverse City(231) 929-1110797 S Airport Rd W, Traverse City, MI 49686"The best part about our experience were the consistent updates on the status of the repair. I received a personal phone call every week from Jim explaining exactly what was done and what was next which was fantastic! The repair itself looks great! It took a little less than a month to complete which included the time it took for parts to come in and we were pleased with the timeline. We’ve never had body work done in the past but have heard stories from friends who have (and didn’t use Gerber) so we were expecting the repair to take months but our vehicle was scheduled right away, it was completed quickly, and the work is excellent. We’ve had a great experience with Gerber and would highly recommend Traverse City’s Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone needing a body shop."
