My insurance company recommended a collision repair shop that could not fix it as the part was no longer made. I then brought my car to your shop where I met Dian Anderson who listened to my story, looked at the damage to my roof and then talked with Ray who said he could make a piece to repair the damage. He did, and my car is as good as new. I appreciated the caring, knowledge and expertise of these two individuals. I also purchase this car from John Elway Cadillac in 2009 and it is great car,"
