"Look I'm a nutcase with my car. I cant afford a house and I have no kids this subaru is not only my child but the nicest thing I may ever own. I have gotten people fired over mishandling it. Im probably the worst customer there is. I won't even let my mom or dad drive it. Last time I delt with progressive it took over a month and a half to get them to pay for OME parts which is all I'll ever put on it, i work hard to keep it right and safe. Not only does my car look perfect just like it did before I didnt have to fight progressive and get the insurance commissioner involved, they handled it all for me and quickly and fixed it up fast. They communicate with you when your worried and let me me tell you I can't tell it was ever hit. Its so perfect that I've told every customer I see at work if you ever get hit this is the only place I'd take it. I even have my insurance agent sending people"

"The car looks great. Took 7 days from time car was dropped off to picked up. Would definitely recommend."

"Bumped my brand new vehicle into the garage. I am very happy I trusted B Imports to make it look brand new again. The team was friendly, the repairs were quicker and better than I expected."
