It should not matter, I gave a brief explanation about what happened, it was not my fault and I worked the repair issues out with the person that ran into my parked car. He told me when to bring my vehicle in for an estimate. 2. Appointment was not documented. Called Friday, October 16 made an appointment for Monday. I arrived on Monday, October 19 at 10:00am as agreed, there was no documentation, however, I did wait for an estimate."
