Not pleased with customer service not calling me back about part m. This is why I had not taken survey bc job has not been completed. Im displeased and still want it finished. Please do not ignore my request and assume that I’m going to have my vehicle left with this poor fitting part. Call me and give me status of part ordered.

Still waiting on part to complete service request. I noticed a gap over the tire and was told the part did not fit and would be ordered and replaced in 3 to 5 days. Everything is so far so good. Customer service was excellent. This was my first experience with a body shop. So I was a little nervous. Now, my only problem is half my car looks new the other half looks like a 20-year-old Lexus. Too bad the whole car wasn’t damaged but thank you for your help.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience! They did such an amazing job on my car, and I couldn’t be happier. When I picked it up, it was freshly washed, spotless, and shining. Seeing it looking like that honestly made me so emotional. I was overwhelmed with excitement and couldn’t stop smiling. A special thank you to Nick for being so amazing throughout the entire process. He kept in touch with me every step of the way, made sure I knew exactly what was going on, and never left me wondering about the status of my car. That level of communication meant more than he probably realizes. The whole team made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in the work they do. Thank you all for treating my car with such care and for making this such a positive experience.
