My Experience

Having to repair a damaged car is not an experience one wants to have but Caliber made this whole process pretty smooth and easy. The estimates were on point. I was kept informed the whole time about how long things would take and where we were in the process. Darius at the Red Oak location in particular was very helpful. He kept me informed throughout about where we were and went out of his way to make the pick up of my vehicle much easier. I really appreciate his help. And best of all, my Lexus looks like nothing happened to it!
