I truly enjoyed working with Brian. He was very professional, courteous, and exceptionally good at providing timely status updates throughout the repair process. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service he provided. At this time, the repairs to my vehicle look great, and my vehicle appears to have been restored to the condition it was in prior to the accident. I greatly appreciate the quality of the work and the communication throughout the process. The one area that requires serious attention is the transition and transportation service involving Enterprise. I was extremely uncomfortable with being asked to travel with my young daughter without a car seat. This was not simply an inconvenience; it was a serious safety concern involving a child. I would expect both Caliber Collision and Enterprise to have appropriate procedures in place to ensure that customers, particularly those traveling with children, are provided with safe and appropriate transportation arrangements. This situation should not occur and needs to be addressed to prevent it from happening to another customer. I sincerely hope Caliber Collision and Enterprise take this matter seriously and work to improve their coordination and customer handoff process. A situation like this could have significant safety implications and could ultimately undermine the trust customers place in both companies. Despite this concern, I want to emphasize that my experience with Brian and the actual repair service was excellent. I appreciate his professionalism, communication, and the quality of the work performed on my vehicle.

Everything is so far so good. Customer service was excellent. This was my first experience with a body shop. So I was a little nervous. Now, my only problem is half my car looks new the other half looks like a 20-year-old Lexus. Too bad the whole car wasn’t damaged but thank you for your help.
