My truck still shakes and all things were not repaired. However, I am allowing my service agent to follow up with the additional repairs. I hoping they approve the repairs,as my truck did not shake as it does, prior to this accident. Thanks

The repairs took over a month. Once I got my car back, they received approval for the academic howeverI am unable to bring the car back due to my car being my only form of transportation. My car was dirty inside and out when it was returned. The inside passenger door lock was melted and it was not when I dropped my car off. The license plate holder was also damaged and was not when I dropped the car off
