I met with Rex on April 15th or 16th and our initial meeting was comfortable. At that time he informed me that it would take approximately one week to restore my car to it's usual look. He kept me abreast of progress as we moved forward. All of my communication with him was professional and he was able to answer my questions. My car was returned absolutely spotless. Not only did he make the repairs but he also detailed my car inside and out. I will recommend Straight Line Collision to anyone in need of car repairs.
