My Experience

I had a really great experience with this shop from day one! Everyone was so nice, polite, and welcoming every time I came in. The gentleman at the front desk was especially helpful and did a great job explaining everything to me. He was very attentive and made the whole process easy and stress-free. My car looks great, and so far everything seems to be working perfectly with the repairs. It’s still a little early to say much about the long-term results, but so far, so good! I really appreciate the great customer service and how well everyone treated me. Thank you to the entire team for taking care of my car and making the experience such a positive one!

Salvador was incredibly professional, he kept me up to date and answered all my questions and concerns. He went above and beyond on making sure all my problems were addressed. I have used Caliber before in another city but far surpassed my expectations. Kudos to you guys and Salvador.

From the moment I called Caliber Collision, everyone I spoke with was super friendly, helpful and professional! Mr. Salvador was happy to walk me through the process, and even explained how the rental service worked with their Enterprise partner. I was given consistent updates and never had to guess where my car was at in the repair process. To top it all off, the repair was completed early and I got my car back within a week and a half! If I am ever in need of repair services, I will 110% come back to this location and will be happy to recommend their services to anyone in need of quality, timely, and professional repair.

The service was stress free. My van looks great. Customer service was great too. They called the car rental place to pick me up while my van was being repaired and when ny car was done they took care of returning the rental for me. Thank you Salvador.
