I went into the store and was approached by the staff immediately and asked if I needed help. I hadn’t been through a body shop experience in a long time, but from what I had remembered it was usually not pleasant dealing with insurance and repair shops. All of the staff were extremely helpful and informative. Mr. Trujillo is very knowledgeable about his industry and runs a very professional outfit. Throughout my vehicles repair, I received notices often, about the status of my vehicle and the progress that was being made. I was expecting to be without my vehicle for at least 10 days. This was not the case, Caliber Collision got my vehicle done in about half that time!
