From front entrance, where the smiles and welcome started. To the service, I was given a two week completion date and my truck was ready in one week! Talking about surprise! I was, at first confused and thought that two weeks had passed by. The after recalculating what I was told, the repair was done in just one week!!

I am an ex body and paint specialist, and an expert in this trade with the credentials to back it up . I know this business very well. And I would like to say that 911 Collision Center did an extraordinary job ! In every aspect from notification of status, the quality of materials the workmanship the finish product was exactly like I had done it myself. I don’t know any other shop in San Antonio that can produce this quality, and I have total trust and confidence in their work, I will give reference to all my friends that this shop goes above and beyond and has all my trust and confidence in saying this . I got to talk to the owner Rudy Gutierrez and a lot of his staff and they all seam to be an excellent fit for their task , to produce the highest level of collision and paint work available in San Antonio. Customer care service. That is hard to find these days . They are all like a tight net family that live and breathe their business. They are truly amazing !
