Seamless process from setting up estimate appointment, getting a quick date/time to drop off for repair, to picking up completed job. Thanks to the service advisor and coordinating staff who handled insurance and all the needed paperwork completion. The shops kept promise to give oral and online daily updated status reports. Quality work accomplished even with completing the work ahead of scheduled. Ability to talk to personnel immediately throughout the process, no delays or no callbacks needed, able to talk to someone quickly and get needed information. Finally, able to pick up car and inspect the near perfect factory color and condition, very satisfied with final outcome.

The staff was very friendly. Bobby Parsa was my repair agent. He was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I was kept informed of the repairs almost daily via text which was great. Repairs were completed sooner than expected. Bobby stated if I had any questions or issues about the repairs to make sure to contact him. I definitely will take any future repairs to Caliber.
