Omar was very good with communicating with me and arranging the ride to the rental car company. I am NOT happy with the fact that I was rear ended and the vehicle that hit me damaged my truck's tailgate and it was bondo repaired instead of replaced. But, I'm tihnking that's an issue with the insurance company of the person that hit me rather than the shop.
