If there was a zero I would put it. I Definitely WILL tell people to avoid this place. I was referred by a coworker and once I told him my experience he won’t be returning either, and he has used this place for years

Seems to be ok. Didn’t have a good experience so not sure if it’s really fixed right, I didn’t trust them. Lost my trust early on.

Lady was rude. Rudy was even worse. He talked down to me, argued that I had been in another accident, I haven’t. The lady argued with me over the phone and cut me off during almost every sentence. She also sent her young daughter that was school aged to tell me someone would be right with me. Obviously her mom didn’t want to get up and do her job herself. Extremely unprofessional. Will never go back. Ever.
