I am extremely disappointed with the quality of repairs and overall experience I received at A1 Collision. After having my vehicle repaired, I expected it to be returned to me in proper working condition, especially considering that the repairs were performed by a professional collision repair facility. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. Since the door was installed, I have continued to experience noticeable clattering and rattling noises that were not present before, raising serious concerns about the quality of the workmanship and whether the repairs were thoroughly inspected before the vehicle was released. As a self employed 1099 professional, I work long hours nearly every day. My schedule is extremely demanding, and I simply do not have the luxury of repeatedly taking time away from my responsibilities to address issues that should have been resolved correctly the first time. What concerns me most is not simply the inconvenience, but the lack of confidence I now have in the repairs performed on my vehicle. I entrusted A1 Collision with my property and expected a level of professionalism, attention to detail, and quality assurance that would reflect the company’s standards.
