Me entregaron el vehiculo sin la insignia del modelo, se tardaron 14 dias para ina reparacion menor , el color no esta igual al color original del vehiculo y la comunicacion es mala Yo tengo que estar hablando para preguntar si ya estaba listo , no cumplieron con la fecha prometida y ademas yo tengo que hablar para preguntar si la insignia faltante ya fue recibida para volver a llevar el vehiculo para que lo coloquen

Lampeor experiencia para recibir servicio a mi auto. El gerente nunca me tomo la llamada y aun despues de 18 dias no han podido terminar con mi carro. Mal servico , mala calidad en su trabajo y poca seriedad.

Overall repairs were satisfactory, the job was completed and efficiently. However my vehicle after pick up was in used condition, not the way I had left it and cleaned it before dropping off at A1 collision center. My vehicle had Bondo body filler powder all over the interior of my car, seat, dash, gear shift and steering wheel. And the passenger seat was pulled all the way back and reclined back. I had not left my car in that state prior to drop off.

Over all the repair itself was well done. But other things in the vehicle were scratched or not put back together as well as when the car was turned in. The detail was appreciated though.
