Upon completion of repairs, I was notified to pick up my vehicle. However, there are two locations in Laredo. The location where the repairs were made was the location on Saunders. The day of pickup I drove to the Saunders location to which I was informed that my truck was moved to the other location. I wished that I was notified before they did that. Missing in my truck was a bracket for the license plate. Also, the window on the front passenger side had damaged tint. I'm very appreciative of the gentleman who waited for me since I was running late after closing to pick up my vehicle.

I was extremely satisfied with the job that was done on my truck. Thanks to the staff for the QUICK service, 4 days to get the parts, paint, and labor! I received text messages and phone calls to keep me up-to-date. As an Operations Manager in retail, I get to say today, now that's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! You guys are awesome!
