It seemed they either did all the repairs THEY wanted to do or none at all. I thought that was strange since it was MY vehicle and MY money that was being used. They eventually allowed me to choose my repairs, so my chances of returning are 75%.

We were very satisfied with the services and work that was done to our vehicle. The outcome was fabulous! My son's truck looks amazing after the work was complete. We are extremely satisfied with everyone who works at A1. The front office staff are very respectful and friendly. The staff walks you to your vehicle and shows/explains all the work that was done in hopes of your approval. I was impressed! No one likes to be involved in any wreck but it is comforting to know that A1 has your back in making sure our vehicle is going to be worked on and looking great again! THANK YOU :)
