Overall, the customer service that was provided from start to finish and the constant communication during each phase of the process played a positive feeling for us. The repairs were delayed about 2 weeks, supposedly, because a new door arrived damaged. The door seems to be tha same one, but the delay affected a planned trip to Monterrey, Mexico to attend a wedding.
