Hub caps did not match. The thing that covers the wheels between the lug nuts was not replace. I was told these thing would only be fixed if the insurace agreed to pay for it.

It is a USAA approved repair facility. The work was performed adequately. I would relate that future customers should expect longer than anticipated resolution times.

While the staff were friendly, kind, and respectful, the information they gave was inaccurate. They also didn't not communicate internally. My 2 day repair turned into a 4 day job. When I arrived to pick the vehicle up at a pre-appointed time, it was not ready. I was told it would only be another 20 mintues. When I said I'd return in 45, that message was not relayed to the rest of the team, so upon my arrive I still had to wait 60 minutes for the 20 minutes of work to be completed.
