I will be contacting statefarm, very bad service !!! Did not color match the color of my truck guy wanted to convince me that's how my truck was and he is wrong I notice the difrent color right away and approach him on it but he didn't seen to care.

The girl to the far left just needs to smile and be more welcoming. Been there several times and same reaction (the what do you want look) and the other girl in the middle super bubbly makes you feel welcomed always. All the guys very good personality.

I would rate it a 2 out of 10. The repair process lacked proper inspection, my main concern with the steering was ignored, the staff did not provide support, and my car was returned dirty and with scratches. Because of this, I would not recommend the shop to others.

I would rate it a 4out of 10. When I picked up my vehicle and explained that the steering problem was not fixed, the staff did not take my concerns seriously or provide any assistance. This left me frustrated and without options.
