When I picked up my vehicle, before I drove off, I discovered that my windshield was broken. This damage was not present when I dropped the car off. One of the people from the shop kept insisting that the shop is not responsible for this damage and that my insurance should cover it. I do not appreciate being treated like that on top of being lied to. I already informed my insurance about this and filed for a shop liability investigation
