They never notify the customer even though they say they would call, ı brought my vehicle and gave them 3 weeks to get the parts but they never called me that they have the parts until I did , even then they ordered incomplete list of parts, they brought my vehicle for me to pick up after I called to pick it up without antenna, and dirt, I had to ask the rear repaired door’s protection edge part, then I was informed that they couldn’t get it., their customer service gets very low remarks. This was admitted even by one of the people at the desk. I chose twice them for repairs but I will not in the future. I chose because they were State Farm endorsed body shop.

Overall professional service… The only negative was the installation of the aftermarket bumper without informing me first… Which then led to having to leave the car extra days to install the OEM bumper!
