A-Carr’s Auto Body (formerly known as A-Carr’s CARSTAR) is a family-owned business serving our community since 1986. You will always find a family member at the shop making certain that our customers are treated as family. We are a Toyota-trained repair facility and have several OEM certifications such as Ford, Subaru, Honda, and GM among others. We are also I-Car Gold certified. We offer a complimentary pick-up and delivery service and our lifetime warranty. We serve as a direct repair facility for most major Insurance companies and can work for our clients with most other insurance carriers. I took the recommendation of a neighbor along with positive reviews I saw on line and was not disappointed with A-Carr. Mark and his crew did a great job replacing the bumper on my BMW which was heavily damaged when it was hit while parked. He worked with my insurance company to get the supplements needed to fix it, and all I had to do was pick it up when it was ready. They did honest work, and did it right.

I had a weird blind-spot parking garage incident, which, considering the lack of speed, was found to be quite the project! After looking around and getting estimates from various auto body establishments, I landed on A-Carr's. Their estimate was fair, and upon further inspection, additional work was needed due to frame impact. The team worked seamlessly with my insurance company and kept me fully informed, with a follow-up call and timeline. Upon pick-up, the car had no residual evidence of the parking lot mishap yeah - thank you! This is a family-owned business that takes great pride in doing a great job both on the customer service front and the actual repairs. I highly recommend and would return, but hoping I won't need to ;)

The car looks good, but one part that was supposed to be replaced was not replaced but rather only repaired and you can see a difference in the color and finish on this part. We paid to have parts replaced not repaired as this is a brand new car.
