I was delighted with Howard Auto Body and Repair. Their customer service was outstanding: friendly, professional. Tony's quick assessment of what needed to be done --and how much it would cost -was straightforward and his price was very fair.. I went into his shop irritated at myself for my carelessness in scraping my left side of my car. Tony's evaluation and quote lifted my spirits, Additionally,, Tony did other repair work in the back AND provided a surprise change-out replacement part, and quite frankly, he made my day. I have some more work to do on my car in the near future, and I can't wait to return to Tony's warm and welcoming and miracle-working shop. I am so happy with my car. I would like to keep driving it for several more years and while it is in great shape mechanically, it had quite a bit of rust and would have become unsightly very soon. I don’t want to buy a new car in this market and I have lots of friends in the same situation. I will absolutely sent them to Howard Auto Body
