I appreciate that the repairs were completed in the estimated time I was given. I was regularly informed on the progress of the repairs. Customer service was excellent, from the front desk to Scott the estimator. The repairs were completed to perfection. Great job guys.

Great experience with Caliber Collision. I got the car back 2 days earlier than expected and looked great, like nothing ever happened. Ivan took great care of me and gave me a detailed explanation on the process my car would be going through. Didn’t get the young lady’s name that works up front at the desk but she was great with explaining as well. Overall great experience here at caliber collision.

The repairs that were done on the car were great. However, there were a few odd things unrelated to the damages that were fixed. That weren’t an issue when the car was dropped off. (1) wiper blades must have been taken off when repairs were ring done because when we use them after picking the car up, one of the wipers was no longer secure and flew off. (2) there was and odd glue-like substance on the liner mat in the trunk which we had to scrub off. This was definitely not there when the car was brought in for repair. (3) on the corner front corner of the driver side seat it appears that the material came in contact with maybe a chemical because what should be grey is now white and will not come off. That was not there before. If you want pictures I will send.
