The car repair on the initial pickup was great looking. The interior was spruced up nicely. My not complete satisfaction was based on how long they had my vehicle, I was told 4 days and it turned into 17 days. I was never informed as to why. The people who work there are friendly and courteous

I recently brought my Genesis G80 to Caliber Collision for repairs to the lower front bumper. Because the car sits so low to the ground, the underside of the bumper had become damaged over time from pulling up too close to low curbs and possibly from snow during the winter. Caliber Collision did an amazing job! They worked directly with my insurance company and handled everything, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. They even arranged a rental car for me, although I ended up not needing it. I had my car back within a week, and it looked beautiful! The repair was excellent, and I was extremely pleased with the results. Olga was especially pleasant, polite, and helpful, and I appreciated how they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Great customer service, great communication, and quality work. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision!
