The communication I wish was better. The tracker wasn't always updated but the car looks brand new so they do great work

Everyone was super nice, friendly and prompt during the process of getting my car fixed. This included keeping me aware of where they were at in the process and me leaving the lot with a shiny car and rims. I highly recommend Caliber!
