A-Carr’s Auto Body (formerly known as A-Carr’s CARSTAR) is a family-owned business serving our community since 1986. You will always find a family member at the shop making certain that our customers are treated as family. We are a Toyota-trained repair facility and have several OEM certifications such as Ford, Subaru, Honda, and GM among others. We are also I-Car Gold certified. We offer a complimentary pick-up and delivery service and our lifetime warranty. We serve as a direct repair facility for most major Insurance companies and can work for our clients with most other insurance carriers. Very easy to work with A-Carr. Estimate done easily. The repair is perfect! My car was drivable so it was scheduled to go into the shop after needed parts were secured. In and out in 4 days! For a previous similar repair at another shop, I was without a car for three weeks!

I felt that the entire process from start to finish was easy, and stress free for me. The rear bumper repairs to my vehicle, albeit minor, were executed in a very quick, and timely manner. All of the folks that I dealt with @ A-Carr’s Auto Body were polite, friendly, and professional. My only issue was that someone had clearly gone through my glove compartment, and console storage between the seats…not sure what that was about or why it happened.

The job is so perfect you cannot tell that it was damaged. They are really good at this auto shop. Maxx is the best, very kind and polite. He makes you feel like you are right at home. Happy Thanksgiving.
