A-Carr’s Auto Body (formerly known as A-Carr’s CARSTAR) is a family-owned business serving our community since 1986. You will always find a family member at the shop making certain that our customers are treated as family. We are a Toyota-trained repair facility and have several OEM certifications such as Ford, Subaru, Honda, and GM among others. We are also I-Car Gold certified. We offer a complimentary pick-up and delivery service and our lifetime warranty. We serve as a direct repair facility for most major Insurance companies and can work for our clients with most other insurance carriers. Everything’s is great but there are dirt/grime/oil stains in the inside roof panel of the back seats. I’ve scrubbed and cleaned them myself but was abit disappointed to see that the next day when I took a look at the car

I'm picky about any work done on my car, and normally I don't give a 10 out of 10 on a review. However A-CARR's did a truly excellent repair on my car. I am impressed by the level of quality and finish of their work. Plus the cleaning/detailing work that was done, inside and out was first rate.

The workmanship appears to be good. I did have to reset several codes myself when I picked up the car. I didn't expect to have to do that.

Communication was good, but I'm a little disappointed that I was informed that my battery was an issue when I picked up the car. I would have expected the shop to inform me of the issue, so that I could have the unit replaced while in for repair. Especially given the extreme weather that we are having.
