A-Carr’s Auto Body (formerly known as A-Carr’s CARSTAR) is a family-owned business serving our community since 1986. You will always find a family member at the shop making certain that our customers are treated as family. We are a Toyota-trained repair facility and have several OEM certifications such as Ford, Subaru, Honda, and GM among others. We are also I-Car Gold certified. We offer a complimentary pick-up and delivery service and our lifetime warranty. We serve as a direct repair facility for most major Insurance companies and can work for our clients with most other insurance carriers. A Carr should be renamed to A Plus. They did an outstanding job on my 2020 Honda Pilot which suffered serious damage in a car accident. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and were great at communication. They made my experience easy and stress-free. Always friendly and bottom line: my pilot looks and runs better than it did before the accident. I highly recommend A Carr!

Great experience. Only takeaway would probably just be the time it took to get in for a repair but I think that is more of an Allstate issue funneling their business to in-network providers which might create a logjam.

They finished my car in only 2 days. They did such a great job with my repair that you couldn't even tell it was damaged. All employees were friendly and helpful, but Bob was particularly great. He offered to touch up some other scratches for no charge, and I really appreciated that. Will definitely be returning.
