A-Carr’s Auto Body (formerly known as A-Carr’s CARSTAR) is a family-owned business serving our community since 1986. You will always find a family member at the shop making certain that our customers are treated as family. We are a Toyota-trained repair facility and have several OEM certifications such as Ford, Subaru, Honda, and GM among others. We are also I-Car Gold certified. We offer a complimentary pick-up and delivery service and our lifetime warranty. We serve as a direct repair facility for most major Insurance companies and can work for our clients with most other insurance carriers. While I'm sad that it was a stolen catalytic converter that brought us together (twice in the last six weeks), I cannot say enough good things about A-Carr's Carstar. Max & Esther were welcoming, accommodating and communicative. And on top of that, my car was ready days earlier than expected--both times. They're wonderful!

I was pleased with the work Carstar did on my car. EXTREMELY disappointed that it took a month with very little communication regarding everything, outside of the first few days with Mark.
