A-Carr’s Auto Body (formerly known as A-Carr’s CARSTAR) is a family-owned business serving our community since 1986. You will always find a family member at the shop making certain that our customers are treated as family. We are a Toyota-trained repair facility and have several OEM certifications such as Ford, Subaru, Honda, and GM among others. We are also I-Car Gold certified. We offer a complimentary pick-up and delivery service and our lifetime warranty. We serve as a direct repair facility for most major Insurance companies and can work for our clients with most other insurance carriers. A-CARR’s is an amazing body shop that I would recommend to everyone, especially, to women who do not often deal with repairing cars, insurance, and a process in general when need to have a car fixed after an accident. I have to admit I felt lost when I ran into multiple things needed to repair for my car. I have never dealt with insurance before, I did not know how much it would cost me, how much and what insurance would cover, and how the entire process would look like. A-CARR’S team did an amazing job explaining the process to me and communicating throughout the process. They even managed communication with an insurance team and sharing details about repair process. The owner of the body shop truly puts his heart and mind providing services, ensuring customer satisfaction and building a strong and confident relationship with a customer. The owner has been running the car repair business for 40 years. They not even repaired the damage from the accident, but even fixed breaks and acceleration in my Toyota Corolla Cross. Now, the car is accelerating so well that I do not need to worry anymore, and it makes me very happy. The dealership was not able to fix it, and I have heard that a lot of people have been complaining about it. I am confident I will work with them in the future if there is any need to have anything fixed for my car.
