The work done on the car was great. I really appreciate the inside and out being cleaned. It was a nice touch. I was a little disappointed with getting an appointment scheduled. Played phone tag with the rep for like 2 weeks to get my car in. And it took 2 days longer than quoted. But overall I’m pretty happy with the service

The repair looks great. The staff was very professional. The only thing I would change was that I was under the impression that the part was being ordered and I would drop off the car when it came in. The part wasn't ordered until I dropped the car off.
