I'm happy with the repair but the communication wasn't as good as I would have hoped. Was difficult for me to get the estimate and had to ask several times and still wasn't given an estimate for the break down of other work I wanted on the car. Just did not receive replies to me emails. The repair looks good though. Thanks.

Overall, I was very pleased with my experience, as I have been each time we have brought a vehicle to Clegg's. The office staff was very helpful, and the work was very well done. The only hiccup in the process was that I was told before the work began that it would be a one-day project and that I would be notified if there was a problem and the work was going to take longer. I was not called at the end of the first day, so I called and the man who answered proceeded to tell me what a complex process this repair was. I just wanted to know what is going on.
